About Jenny
Jenny received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in 2000 where she concentrated in counseling, research, and program development for families and children. She graduated from Brooklyn College in 1998 with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Jenny holds an advanced certificate in Family and Teen Coaching from the Academy for Family Coach Training where she was personally trained by Diana Sterling in the Parent as Coach Approach. She has 15 years of experience working with parents and teens in various settings, including summer programs and sleep-away camps, shelters for homeless families, schools, and individual and group counseling.
Jenny appreciate and sees the great value in an outcome-based, goal oriented approach to assisting parents and young adults. She is passionate about empowering individuals in becoming stronger in their belief in themselves; what they are capable of; what they are passionate about; and in guiding them to create the life that they want for themselves. Her goal is to help all individuals and families thrive in their lives and in relationships.
